Description: The company needs to recruit and hire new members for their technical team. However, there is a challenge in hiring enough quality candidates. The seasoned hiring managers and recruiters have the technical knowledge but lack training in HR hiring practices. Newer members, are more knowledgeable in HR hiring practices but not the technical aspects of a job. This course will bridge the gap between the two groups by ensuring all learners understand and apply best practices in the interviewing process, leading to an increase in the number of quality candidates being hired.
